Copper Nickel 90° / 45° Long Radius Elbow 1.5D
A 1.5D copper nickel elbow is commonly referred to as a long radius elbow. It allows a smoother change in flow direction, helping to reduce turbulence and pressure loss in the piping system.
Long radius butt weld elbows are often specified for main seawater lines, cooling water systems, ballast systems, firewater lines and other CuNi piping applications where stable flow performance is important.

Copper Nickel 90° / 45° Short Radius Elbow 1.0D

CuNi 90/10 — C70600 Copper Nickel Alloy
CuNi 90/10, also known as C70600, contains approximately 90% copper and 10% nickel. It is one of the most widely used copper nickel grades for marine service due to its excellent resistance to seawater corrosion and good overall durability.
